You will be working as Fulfillment Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Operations Manager and will be responsible to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team, qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with supplier quality and engineering specialists
- Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions
- Adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs, recommending frame agreements to management and executes upon approval
- Analyzing and evaluating bids in order to determine the optimal value, supporting bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information and tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues
- Initiating Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements
- Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price, ensuring the SAP Ariba platform is updated as defined in the procedure

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchase Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
- Must have experience in SAP Ariba and MS Package
