We are looking for an experienced **Senior Conveyancing Secretary **to join our team.

**Responsibility**:
Work on bond instruction from inception to completion.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3 years related experience
- Grade 12
- Post-matric qualification will be advantageous.
- LexisConvey, e4, Stordoc, LexisSign and GhostPractice software experience

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Sound knowledge of bond registration working with ABSA, Standard Bank, Investec and FNB.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team.

**Salary**: From R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
