**Salary is between R18 000 and R20 000 K CTC depending on experience**
**Location**:Brackenfell - Western Cape
The Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget, and managing equipment and materials required. This involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site.
**DUTIES**
Operate and promote a safe working environment on the factory floor.
Coordinate the daily activities on the floor.
Share and pass on knowledge to teams.
Handle staff queries on the floor
Liaise with the production manager on jobs to be completed/ staff queries.
Report staff to the production manager If they do not meet deadlines or are not following instructions.
Monitor work done by all staff on the floor.
Produce excellent quality products created in the factory.
Minimise snag work and wastage of materials.
Motivate the team and lead by example.

**SKILLS**
Matric
Supervisory qualification
A minimum of 15 years of experience within a factory environment
Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Work well with people
Outstanding attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination
Motivational Skills
People Skills
Knowledge of Signage Manufacturing (and various departments’ functions)

Matric

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
