Experienced Debt Review/ Debt Counselling

We are looking for experienced Debt Review / Debt Counselling sales consultants to join our fast-growing call centre sales team based in the La Lucia.

We require a **MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OUTBOUND DEBT REVIEW SALES EXPERIENCE,** and you must be confident, outspoken and a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for helping people and sales

- We have a very generous basic salary + uncapped commission structure so; your effort determines your overall monthly earnings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in telephonic conversations with prospective clients and qualify them effectively.
- Take qualifying clients through the Debt Review / Debt Counselling process and close.
- Educate clients about financial well-being options under the Debt review program.
- Handle sales objections.
- Capture sales on i-Docs _(Experience on this system advantageous however not a prerequisite)._

**Non-negotiable Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Debt Review / Debt Counselling salesperson _**(If you do not have this then please, do not apply)**_._
- You must be a team player with an excellent demeanour and be self-managed.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (additional South African languages are a big bonus since we’re looking for English speakers, Afrikaans speakers, isiZulu speakers, isiXhosa speakers, Sesotho, etc.)
- Must understand sales techniques and strategies.
- Must have a good understanding of basic computer skills.
- Excellent people skills and telephone etiquette.

**Job type**:

- Fulltime
- Monday to Thursday - 09am to 06pm, Friday 08:30am to 05:30pm, one compulsory Saturday and one target dependent Saturday - 09am to 1pm.
