The incumbent in this role will be responsible for rendering a professional and enabling regulatory compliance support role to the business.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Securing and maintaining rights of the company.
- Maintaining legal repository of rights.
- Conducting mineral rights meetings, internally and externally.
- Lodging of objections and appeals.
- Assisting with due diligence investigations and review of reports.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and minimize the legal risk for the company.

**About you**:
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Law Degree.
- Post legal qualification and training will be advantageous.
- Admission as an Attorney will be advantageous.
**Minimum Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at a C-Upper level in the mining, government regulation, legal practice or consulting environment.Behavioural Competencies:
