**Minimum Requirements**:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

CIMA Qualification

Living in Centurion, Gauteng or surrounds

3-5 years proven experience as a bookkeeper

Background or experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero)

Experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software

Attention to detail and accuracy

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to work in a team

**1. Transaction Processing**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely for our main and dollar accounts.
- Account allocation corrections as per instruction from the financial manager.

**2. Bank Reconciliation**:

- Import and Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial records.

**3. Expense Management**:

- Monitor and approve expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Verify and process expense reports as set up by the financial manager.

**4. Loan and inter company transactions**:

- Daily update and follow up on stock received not invoiced
- Daily update and follow up of inter account transactions discrepancies.

**5. Debtors Assistance**:

- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and follow up of outstanding queries.

**6. Creditors Assistance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

**7. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Financial Manager and other team members.
- Collaborate with different departments to obtain accurate financial information.
