WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Procurement requirements are processed on time
- Lead stock count for responsible plants
- Review and management of manufacturing Bills of Materials
- Update routings and production versions
- Manage and correct MPS and communicate plan for on time delivery to sales plan
- Arrange inter-site collection of goods and delivery of complete products to other sites
- Overview the capturing and reporting of works orders and WIP. Resolve discrepancies.
- Provide accurate input into all RFQ and Contract execution meetings
- Complete and update all management reports (KPI reporting)

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum qualification: Diploma with Commerce/ Production/Supply Chain related majors or any relevant NQF 6 equivalent qualification
- Extensive 3 years’ experience in ERP/ MRP within a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills with sound persuasive and client relationship skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Advanced computer literacy (particularly in Excel and SAP)
- Analytical thinker that can work under pressure
