**BASED IN DURBAN**:

- _is seeking an Actuarial Risk Analyst with specific roles in its niche Insurance Businesses, focusing on Life and Non-Life Insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations from an actuarial perspective. Some of the responsibilities include:

- IFRS17 Implementation, reserving, and reporting
- Solvency assessment and management (SAM)
- Own risk and solvency assessment (ORSA)
- New product development cycle
- System development and testing
- Management information reporting
- Setting and reviewing risk registers and risk appetite statements
- Reinsurance management
- Model and process documentation
- Experience investigations

**Education**:

- BSc Actuarial degree
- Good Actuarial Exam progression at least 5 exams

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the life or non-life industry
- IFRS17 implementation experience a bonus
- Prophet coding experience advantageous
