**Job Advert Summary**:
To ensure all administrative documentation of the cold stores is updated and filed, general administrative duties, as well as financial responsibility of petty cash, small assets and stationary, and the record keeping of standing operating procedures.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Good English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer skills
- 1 year working experience
- Grade 12
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all cold store & logistics documentation are updated.
- Minute keeping of meetings.
- Typing of standard operation procedures.
- Financial responsibility of petty cash and small assets.
- Management of stationary.
