A fast-growing company in the stone industry is looking for a **Sales Representative** to drive sales and build the company brand in its Polokwane branch.

**DUTIES**

Sales
- Finding new customers
- Retaining existing customers
- Creating customer Quotes and Invoices
- Following up on customer queries
- Assisting walk in customers and online queries
- Receiving orders & managing deliveries
- Creating cut lists and job cards for the factory to execute
- Updating stock sheets
- Compiling sales and receipts reports
- Follow up incoming customer payments
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Understanding and drafting of market reports and competitor analysis.

Stock Management
- Assisting with stock counts
- Compiling stock movement reports
- Stock allocations for customers

General
- Filing & data capturing
- Phone calls
- Assisting management with general office administration
- General office management

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Extensive sales experience.
- Knowledge and experience in SAGE.
- Proficient in the use Microsoft, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the stone industry (granite & engineered stone) will be preferred.
- Own vehicle

The office working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 8am - 1pm.

**Renumeration**

Basic of R7 000pm, plus commission.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Polokwane, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
