Instore Sales

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing InStore Sales Representative to join our team. As an InStore Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, assisting them with their purchase decisions, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. You will be working within our retail store environment, interacting with customers on a daily basis and promoting our products.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

**Salary**: R4 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
