Tender Administrator

M Bond Pumps and Engineering has a Tender Administrator position available immediately.

This 24-year-old Engineering company is based in Saxenburg Park 2, Blackheath, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs.

**Description of Role**
- Search for applicable Tenders and RFQs.
- Attend Tender Briefings / Site Meetings
- Read and understand Tenders and RFQs requirements.
- Collate all the Required Information.
- Obtain pricing from Suppliers.
- Complete Tenders and RFQs without making mistakes.
- Deliver & Submit Tenders and RFQs.
- Complete Local Content Declarations.
- Keep Certified Copies of Required Document Up-to-Date
- Attend Tender Openings and Record Results.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric.
- Experience in a Similar Role.
- Attention to Detail, Neat Hand Writing, Administratively Strong.
- Drivers License.
- Ability to Work Alone and Self Manage.
- Willingness to Perform the Work Required.
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, & EPS Portals.
- Be Based in Cape Town Northern Suburbs.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,500.00 per month
