Legal Drafter

Role Purpose

Providing a governance (drafting of legal policies and special rules) service to clients of umbrella retirement funds.
Requirements
- Matric
- 1 - 3 years financial services industry experience
- 1 - 3 yearsLegal drafting experience
- Employee benefits experience (advantageous)
- Any certificate or diploma in the one of the following fields would be advantageous: insurance, business or office administration, library and information studies
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that special rules are registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority timeously
- Maintain service delivery to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure turnaround times are met as set out in the Service Level Agreement
- Attend to client queries and ensure that they are resolved timeously and effectively
- Keep abreast of Momentum product changes in order to effectively and accurately respond to customer queries
- Ensuring all risks are mitigated and escalated where necessary
- Building relationships and maintain strong relationship with client servicing teams
- Draft and maintain employee benefit insurance policies and endorsements
- Provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets
