We are looking for the Category Manager with over 4 years of experience in FMCG environment. To collaborate with Marketing and Sales Team to develop long term category strategy and brand growth. Define/Create Assortment Management, including core SKU list & distribution. Responsible for shelf management (planograms, merchandising & flows)
**Key Performance Areas**
- The successful individual will be responsible for Category Strategy, Category & Shelf Management, Assortment Management, Customer Interaction, and Collaboration.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 4 years in Commercial Business role in an FMCG Company.
- High degree of analytical capability.
- Good IT Knowledge.
- Takes responsibility and initiate.
- Able to work autonomously and as a team member.
