You will be responsible / assisting with:
Registers, registration of companies, MOI’s, etc

Trust compliance work for clients such as drafting of trustee meeting minutes, resolutions, trust deeds, etc.

Drafting of wills and codicils

Master’s Deeds office and court submission and correspondence

Commercial and contract drafting work

Litigation and liquidations

Tax queries

Ad hoc legal queries and assistance to clients and internally

**Qualifications**:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

LLB / Paralegal Qualification / Legal Secretary

Registration for completion of your legal articles with the LPC can be offered but is not compulsory.

2-3 Years legal experience

Working knowledge of MS Office

**Skills**:
Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Must be hardworking, independent & solution-driven

Innovative and eager to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
