**Customer Experience & Operations Specialist**

We are creating the greatest endurance horse racing series, delivering heart-pounding adventures on scale.

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about connecting with people and creating memorable experiences? This role involves managing customer journeys from initial inquiries to post-event excitement. You’ll handle communications, support marketing, and contribute to operations, ensuring our equestrian customers have a spectacular experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales by following up on inquiries and converting interest into bookings.
- Manage customer queries, payments, and refunds in collaboration with the finance team.
- Gather and share rider stories for use across marketing and communications.
- Craft engaging copy for newsletters, social media, and customer templates.
- Coordinate travel, manage event swag, and oversee freelancers and volunteers.
- Support the race program and continuously improve systems and processes.

**About You**:

- A deep connection to equestrianism - you understand the thrill and dedication it takes to care for horses plan exciting trail rides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly **organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments**.
