**Management couple**
A new venture in a small coastal village on the Wild Coast is looking for a management couple to run a new centre that includes food outlets, a craft shop, bike hire, a laundromat and playground. The vision is a casual, relaxed environment serving a range of food, from “cheffy” street food from the Food Truck while children have fun in the playground, to sundowners and seaside fare in the bistro which overlooks the river mouth.
- Well-spoken and well-presented individuals who are able to work independently and can work well as a team.
- Enthusiatic and hard-working, with one qualified chef and a partner with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience is preferable

**The Role**:

- Manage the centre and oversee the daily operations of all the outlets
- Assist in menu development in line with sales trends and new concepts
- Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure outlets are adequately stocked at all times,
- Purchase supplies from approved vendors, controlling costs and keeping wastage to a minimum.
- Draft staff rosters, taking into account busy periods and special days
- Manage POS systems, close outlets, and do daily cash up
