**HR Administrator - store based**

**Location: Verulam**

**Salary - CTC: 8-10k**

Our group is looking for a young and dynamic HR Administrators to join our supermarket based in Verulam.

**Purpose**:Act as the first point of contact for HR-Related queries from employees and external partners. Maintain and update personnel records and manage HR documents
- Job Summary:_ As the HR Administrator, you will handle all employee queries with utmost confidentiality. You will have sound knowledge labor laws and ensure the company’s compliance.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Effective forming and maintaining employee records accurately.
- Preparing and amending necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts.
- Implementing company policies and ensuring legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Ensuring full compliance of the Store’s hygiene program and where necessary, improve hygiene standards.
- Management of employee timekeeping and accurate capturing of relevant personnel information on Premier VIP system.
- Manage and conduct payroll process by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
- Ensure constant communication and interaction with the Store’s staff.
- Ensure that store’s staff is appropriately attired.
- Administration duties; IOD Document submissions, preparation of disciplinary documentation, pension funds and management of staff accounts, upkeep of important documentation, filing, control and regulate the management of staff uniforms which includes processing and distribution of uniform orders.

**Experience and Competencies**
- Minimum 2 years HR Admin experience.
- A 3-year HR related qualification from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of South African Labor Laws
- Excellent efficiency to accomplish assigned duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Software; Payroll or any relevant HR software.

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
