**Minimum requirements**:

- N6 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma
- 5 years experience in refractory installation in the steel industry
- Added advantage will be a National Diploma Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering complemented by 3 years experience in refractory installation in the steel industry
- Sound understanding of OCHACT, quality and environmental standards
- Compatibility to the Steelplant extreme heat, dust, noise and heights
