**Reporting to Head**: Academic
The IIE’s Vega School Pretoria campus is seeking a part time Lecturer for the first semester of the 2023 academic year.

**Job Purpose**:
Lecturer and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes.

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:
**Ideally**:
**Masters**: Marketing Communication/ Marketing and Media Management/ Advertising Management/ Marketing
OR a non-cognate Masters degree with at least 10 years' experience in a senior position in advertising media planning and buying

**Alternatively**:

- HEQSF 9** qualification that includes a branding, marketing or advertising planning component
- Marketing and branding should have, at a minimum, been successfully completed within HEQSF 7 and 8 qualifications

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:
Experience in media strategy, planning or buying.
Advertising/ Channel/ Media Planning experience (in conjunction with relevant one-up qualification)

**Working Conditions**:
Positions are part-time, with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:30
