A hotel, wedding, and conference venue situated in Muldersdrift is seeking an on-site Technical Resource Assistant to attend to the following:

- **Audiovisual Support**: Ensure seamless setup and operation of audiovisual equipment during events, including microphones, sound systems, projectors, and screens. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise promptly to minimize disruptions.
- **IT Support**: Provide technical assistance with Wi-Fi connectivity, troubleshoot any internet-related issues, and support guests, staff or clients with accessing digital resources during their stay or events. Managing change record, software and hardware maintenance
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair audiovisual equipment, and other technical resources to ensure they are in optimal condition for upcoming events.
- **Customer Service**: Offer friendly and efficient assistance to guests, clients, and event organizers, ensuring their technical needs are met promptly and professionally.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to accommodate the venue's event schedule and ensure seamless technical support at all times. (Able to log in externally for this)
- **Must have good communication skills**:

- **Camera Control and Monitoring**: Utilize network-based software or systems to ensure all cameras are functional, recoding and visible in the control room.
