Recruitment Consultant

**About this role**

We are seeking to hire a Recruiter that will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and feel energized working in a fast-paced environment within a successful finance company in Cape Town

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively source, screen CV’s and applicants
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and applicants
- Recruitment administration
- Conducting background checks
- Regular and accurate reporting

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric/Grade12 or Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR department with at least 2 years in a recruitment capacity

**Additional information**
- Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel and Outlook
- Professional in appearance, conduct and communication
- Fluent in English
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent relationship building skills
