Key responsibility will be to assist the WH Manager with the management of the raw material warehouse, overseeing all functions related (receiving, stock management and dispatch), staff management, housekeeping, cleaning, materials and machinery
- Liaise with the Procurement Team on all planned supplier deliveries
- Manage the receiving process
- Liaise with the Warehouse Manager and Procurement Team on all supplier related challenges
- Generate a report when involved in an incident / accident and report it immediately to the Warehouse Manager

- Check that stock received is secure and stack product and pallets only as required and as instructed
- Make sure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Assist with monthly stock takes
- Assist with all aspects of cleaning of the warehouse inside and out
- Overtime and weekend work might be required for this position
- Manage stock rotation and oversee returns and damages
- Assist with managing team member leave, sick leave, and overtime in absence of the Warehouse Manager
- Assist with the implementation and sustainability of Food safety activities.
- Report any non-conformances to the Food Safety Manager.
