We are looking for someone who is able to supervise all call center duties and processes. Have the ability to oversee our call center agents as well as set targets and analyze data and be able to make action plans around these targets. Ensuring that our call center agents understand how to achieve both personal and team based goals. Be familiar with the business strategies and performance targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R2,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
