Tutor Recruiter and Coordinator

Winchmore Tutors is a national tuition agency working primarily with schools and local authorities providing tuition to disadvantaged pupils and vulnerable groups in the UK.

We are looking for a tutor recruiter and corodinator to join our South Africa office. Our tutor recruiters are responsible for hiring teachers across the UK in correlation with the business needs.

The role is extremely busy and involves all aspect of the hiring process covering headhunting, interviewing, training,compliance and student to tutor matching as well as on going tutor support. You will look work with data to determine what hiring requirements are needed in your area as well as looking at individual student needs to match them with an appropriate tutor.

Duties include;
- Sourcing tutors using job boards, LinkedIn, building databases
- Interviewing tutors (over Zoom)
- Organising and delivering tutor training
- Compliance - references, DBS, etc
- Managing engagement of the current database of tutors - updates, events
- Adding student referrals to our system
- Other administrative tasks

A consistent work history is key. Experience in agency recruitment is beneficial.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm (SA Time)
- Hours may change due to daylight saving hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westlake, Cape Town: reliably commute (required)

**Salary**: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
