**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of end-to-end processes in auto body repair
- Knowledge of auto body industry
- Financial skills

- Problem solving skills
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in auto body repair
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a workshop management role.
- 2-3 years’ managing staff.
- Matric
- Qualification as a spray painter in auto body repairs (advantageous)
- Knowledge of people management legislation and risk

**Planning & organizing**
