RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction company in the search for a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent. As a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale civil and bulk earthworks projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead civil and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and bulk earthworks projects
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Professional registration and certifications are advantageous
