Candidate Attorney

**Sinoville, Pretoria: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Presentable and professional **Afrikaans speaking individual**
- Afrikaans & English first & second languages **a must** (Key requirement, Afr & Eng client base)
- Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, or to be completed by December 2023 **a must**
- Practical Legal Training Certificate completed preferred
- Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be willing to do Court appearances
- Computer literate in MS Office a must (Lexis Nexis / Lexpro / Court Online / Caselines preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle **a must**
- Residing in Pretoria **a must**
- Must be willing to commit to 2 years legal articles contract
- To start as soon as possible

**Duties**:

- Travelling to Courts, Deeds Offices, Sheriffs and clients
- Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents
- Court appearances
- Drafting legal documents in Afrikaans and English

**Salary: R 6 000.00 - R 8 000.00 gross (depending on experience)**

- Your **salary expectation **in context with offered amount.
