Mandatory Criteria:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years experience in the financial sales sector or a similar role ( beneficial)
- Knowledge of insurance industries
- Clear criminal record and credit check
- Attention to Detail and Outstanding Quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Ability to Multi-Task and work in a fast-paced, pressurised call center environment
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
