- To provide support to all SAP users, to maintain the efficient functioning of the CSD system, and assist the Structured Lending Squad with analysis, testing and month end processes, thus contributing to business efficiency and improved client service**Responsibilities**:
**Management and Resolution of Service Requests**
- Action all assigned service requests timeously.
- Investigate queries and log explicit and comprehensive service requests, where necessary.
- Ensure that all service requests are monitored to ensure the effective use of the CSD system.
- Identify potential problem areas and processes within SAP and the CSD system.
- Assist in defining solutions that will enhance business efficiency within the department and the

business.
- **Contribution to the Structured Lending Squads**
- Provide detailed analysis of SAP issues raised by users
- Assist SAP Structured Lending squads by contributing to requirements, detailed testing of fixes or new

functionality in SAP (negative and positive).- Contribute to the month end process by running reports to and resolving issues that arise.

Monitoring of E-Statements and Returned Mail- Extract and action the e-statement exceptions reports
- Update SAP system for all returned mail and e-statement errors
- Monitor and distribute bad address reports timeously.

**Projects and Data Clean-up**
- Assist with projects and data clean-up in SAP on request from the business
- Assist with alignment of data in SAP after system upgrades and changes.
- Participate in data clean-up initiative.

**Data Integrity - Exception Reports**
- Monitor all the exception reports and take appropriate action to correct errors as identified.
- Constantly review the integrity of the exception reports to ensure that they remain relevant.

Where necessary, make recommendations to SAP Team for system improvements- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Business Related Degree- Minimum Experience Level- Minimum five years experience in SAP Loans and FI modules
- At least five years corporate banking experience
