Our client in Pinetown is looking for a Factory Clerk with 3 years experience.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Matric or Grade 12 - With Mathematics and Science
- Post Matric Qualification would be advantageous

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and work instructions are updated and current.
- Work with the Team leaders to ensure that manual labour rosters for the upcoming week are created based on the production plan and labour standards.
- Check the daily time and attendance records of all factory personnel and ensure that all supporting documents are signed and available.
- Accurately and promptly complete the weekly time sheets to reduce the need for back-pays.
- Adhere to all payroll deadlines.
- Complete inter-transfer documents for staff movements within the factory.
- Track plan changes related to labour management.
- Complete and submit all leave documents and back-pay requests to HR with the relevant documentation including following up on wage queries.
- Liaise with the time and attendance administrator and payroll administrator to ensure that there are no pay queries or back pays.
- Complete any ad-hoc duties related to labour planning and control.
- Update the production scorecard per shift, day, week and month and ensure that it is supported by system information from Shopware and BestTime.
- Update the weekly operations report.
- Complete any ad-hoc duties related to production and productivity stats.
- Count the opening and closing stock of priority materials and assist with investigating any discrepancies.
- Check dough and cream rework and update the tracker, then distribute.
- Coordinate the DAF documents and send them to the Production Manager for authorization.
- Reconcile materials issued to the factory.
- Complete any ad-hoc duties related to factory inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: R80,00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
