Executive Caretaker

A Wine Farm in Stellenbosch is looking for an Executive Caretaker. This is a live in position. This is not negotiable.
- Responsible for overseeing the guest house which includes preparing the rooms for guests, checking inventory in the guest houses. Overseeing the cleaning once the guests have departed.
- Overseeing the maintenance and care of gardens.
- Overseeing and managing the 2 private residences.
- Doing shopping for the farm.
- Will have 3 gardeners and 2 housekeeping staff reporting to this position.
- Looking after the animals.
- Receive guests of the homeowners - room check in and out ensuring breakfast and dinners are served tables are set etc.
- Set tables and serve meals.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a car and driver's licence
- Must love animals
- This is a live in position - not negotiable
- Must have experience running a household

**Further details**
- The apartment is a small 1-bedroom apartment. Not suitable for a lady with children. We can consider a person with a long-term partner.

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, with some after-hours work and some weekend work necessary (mostly when the family is on the farm, which is roughly 4 times a year).

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
