Experienced Casings Senior Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability in the casings department.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casings production, including planning, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all casing products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product integrity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes, technologies, and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Supplier and Customer Relations: Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the casings department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior management role related to casings or similar products.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, product quality, and team performance.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, financial budgeting, and workforce management.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to casings manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
