**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
**Outreach activities**
- Plan and coordinate outreach events
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans.
- Provide education to MSM on health-related matters
- Refer MSM to health facilities
- Compile activity monthly reports
**Health screening**
- Conduct HTS, STI, PrEP and TB screening
**Any other relevant tasks as agreed with the line manager.**
**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required**
- A minimum of Grade 12.
- Time management skills.
- HIV counselling certificate.
- At least 1 year experience in HTS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license will be added will be advantage.
