**Well-established Property Management company is looking for a Part-Time Property Manager to join their team.**

Location: Hatfield, Pretoria

Offer: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

EE/AA Position: Non EE/AA

Working hours: Three days a week, 08:00 - 16:00

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English fluently
- Must have a license and own vehicle
- Must be presentable
- At least 10 years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience in Property Management software will be a bonus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of rental contracts and property regulations
- Willingness to work additional hours if needed
- Responding to matters raised by property tenants
- Investigating any issues raised by tenants and ensuring the best route of action is taken to resolve the issue
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc
- Managing maintenance and repairs
- Lease administration and management of the day-to-day functions of the property
- Have weekly meetings with tenants
- Have monthly inspections at properties and provide a status of the property to management
- Communicate with service providers
- Must be able to handle any matters relating to the City of Tshwane

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
