Head Office Retail Concern, based in Jhb South, has an awesome opportunity for an Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables Manager. Be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's AR and AP functions. Lead a team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial processes.

Completed **Matric essential, together with a B.Com (Accounting) / similar or studying towards. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role essential**. Supervise two large teams in AR (14) and 12 in AP. Previous experience within the Retail / FMCG sector ideal. Responsibilities include: Provide guidance, support and training as needed; foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure the team's succcess; oversee the invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; monitor and manage customer accounts;, ensuring timely collections and resolution of outstanding issues; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve queries and disputes; maintain effective credit and collection policies; supervise the processing of vendor invoices, uploading of statements and management of queries ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment runs; streamline the AP workflow and implement base practices for efficiency; establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; regularly review and update AR and AP processes to mitigate risks and improve efficiency; prepare and analyze AP and AR reports for management, highlighting kpi's and areas for improvement; provide insights and recommendations to improve cashflow and working capital management; collaborate with IT Department to implement and optimize AR and AP systems; stay updated on industry best practices and technology solutions to enhance financial processes and stay updated on industry best practices and technology solutions to enhance financial processes.** Solid SAP experience essential**
