**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 years grounds maintenance experience
- 2 years staff management experience
- Extensive experience dealing with customers
- Arena experience - advantageous
- High competency in MS Office & Excel
- Valid driver’s licence + own car

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Management of buildings materials and grounds
- Maintain a rolling programme of work to be done
- Staff management
- Manage maintenance of equipment
- Show coordination
- Security management
- Budget management
