Doctors Assistant

**Job specification - Driver and Clinic Assistant East London Clinic (2 - 3 day a week)**

**Purpose of the job**:
To assist the Doctor to meet patients’ needs and satisfaction whilst adhere to operational standards and meeting sales targets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Driving Company vehicle to remote areas from East London.
- Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment
- Comply with requirements of the Operations Quality Management System
- Handle cash and banking
- Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements
- Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly
- Welcome new patients and take their details
- Make second and follow up appointments with the patient
- Maintain correct preparation of Patient files
- Conduct stock takes
- Train patients in injection techniques.
- File blood results in patient files.
- Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm

**Minimum qualifications and experience required**:
Matric and Certificate in Business Management/ Marketing Management will be an added advantage.

Good Sales and customer service skills.

At least 1 - 3 years experience in a related role

Drivers’ license is a must
