**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Set and operate CNC lathe machines to perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, turning etc.
- Reading and interpreting of engineering drawings
- Measure finished products according to customers drawings
- Working to fine tolerances (0,01mm) as per customers requirements
- Adjusting of programs to suit material

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Proven experience as CNC lathe setter and operator
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Good communication abilities
- Competent using measuring equipment: micrometer, depth vernier, clock gauge, inside micrometer and telescopic gauge (will be tested on all of these in interview)
- Must have basic programming skills
- Ability to work independently
