South African Citizenry
- Matric & /or Tertiary Qualification
- Be in good physical & mental health and fit.
- Be of sober habits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential, and in Zulu an advantage.
- Computer Literacy : Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Own transport to work & an EB license (code 10 will be an advantage).
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with granite manufacturing, equipment and processes would be an advantage.
- Work long hours with flexible shifts
- Perform under stress.
- Manage the production cycle according to deadlines.
- Pre-empt difficulties and solve problems.
- Communicate effectively with teams and superiors.
- Maintain strong safety, quality, and quantity standards.
