**Requirements**
- Proven working experience as a Bartender/Waiter.
- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks.
- Computer Literacy.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Must know at least two of the three proficient languages of the Eastern Cape.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock bar when the time comes.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R4,500.00 per month
