**About Us**:
Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible To manage the site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SLA. Co-ordinate and manage projects on site and provide reports, provide technical support with regard to reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on plant and equipment, within the service level requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Sub-Contractors**
- Supervise on-site contractors and procedures, ensuring they provide service as per SLA agreement.

**Preventative Maintenance Programmes**
- Ensure that ef fective preventative maintenance programs are either in existence and operational or creates and implements
programmes.
- Where outside contractors are used, ensures that such contractors perf orm to the extent that is listed in the SLA’s and
that they do all the work necessary to rectify the problem timeously and without needless expense.
- Ensure that proper preventative maintenance schedules and equipment registers are maintained at the unit.

**Reactive Maintenance**
- Ensure that Reactive maintenance is carried out within agreed time frames
- Good engineering practices and used in the execution of reactive works

**People Management**
- Handles all IR related issues together with the Operations Executive / Engineer/Senior Facilities Manager

**Service Delivery**
- Identify and implement optimised improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Identify areas for improvement including but not limited to development of multi-skilling opportunities between service
providers.
- Provide technical and logístical support to all staff as required.
- Assist as and where required in the event of strikes, breakdowns or other such emergencies.
- Respond favourably to any reasonable request f rom the Operations Executive or the Senior Facilities Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Qualified Artisan-Electrical or Millwright. (N4 or equivalent).
- An Engineering tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum five (5) years industry experience
- Minimum three (3) years Management experience in a similar environment
