**Job Purpose**

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Payroll Processing for all entities.
- Ensure portal submissions for pension/provident fund.
- EMP201 - tax submissions for all entities.
- ISE expat data processing and submissions.
- E - trade portal reconciliations and submissions.
- Assisting in quarterly and annual Audits.
- Process 3rd party month end payments.
- Payment reconciliations for 3rd parties.
- Generating costing and journal reports for all entities.
- STIP, SIP and BSI adjustments.
- Draft employment offers and contracts, salary, and promotion letter, generating dummy payslips etc.
- Adhoc HR Admin.
- Employee onboarding program
- Meeting minutes taking
- WCA compliance
- Leave and sick days reconciliation.

**Background/Experience**:

- Completed matric, and a 3-year completed HR qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Must have SAGE VIP experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High numerical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented.
