**_Position: Experienced VW Workshop Service Advisor_**

**_Location: Durban - Upper Highway Area - KwaZulu-Natal_**

**_Salary: Market related depending on experience and training received_**

**DOCUMENTS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS**:

- Updated DETAILED CV
- Training Schedule from Dealerships (Attach certificates with Schedule).
- Last 6 months CSI Report
- List of Dealership programs used.
- All other documents such as ID, Drivers, Senior Certificate, Pay Slips.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
- Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
- Duties include but not limited to:

- Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
- Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
- Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
- Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
- Up selling of other products.
- Maintaining a CSI of 95%.
