Serves customers by showcasing products in-store and supervising staff. Store managers also have to complete store operational duties by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results of staff. Ensure bank balancing and cash-ups are done as well take responsibility for daily, weekly monthly reports. Understanding customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Embed policies and procedures with staff. Handle customer complaints in-store as well as over the phone. Engage with different departments in the Group.

**Skills and minimum education/qualification required**:

- Strong Planning and organising: Following instructions and procedures
- Achieving personal work goals and objectives
- Presenting and communicating information - verbally and written communication
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Proven working experience as a Retail store manager (Experience in the furniture industry will be advantages)
- Record of successful store management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Telephone skills
- Strong computer literacy skills - Excel, Word and Microsoft outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people management abilities, to lead and manage staff
- Action orientated.
- Good timekeeping, organizational and people skills.
- Std 10 / Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years relevant retail experience.
- Own Transport

**Salary**: Retail Market Related per month plus incentive
