Hose Assembler

**Key Output**
- Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets
- Ensure you work according to policies, principles and procedures of the parts department.
- Manage POD's and SAP reports and quality of hoses produced
- Receive hose requirements / specifications from parts and service sales liaison
- Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements
- Pick loose parts dependant on plant specific layout and process,
- Select correct hose and cut to specification
- Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning
- Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification
- Tag hose with correct information, Seal and despatch as required
- Sign off hose assembly in hose register,
- Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required
- Providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required
