Exciting Opportunity: Join the ALDO Team at FrontierCo as a Planner Today Unleash Your Fashion Retail Planning Potential - Lead, Excel, Succeed

Based in Johannesburg (Parktown). Hybrid model: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays in office; Wednesdays and Thursdays work from home. Occasional local travel required to visit stores and check inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales, GP, and stock turn targets for the Retail Division;
- Lead Planning team and oversee all ladies stock categories;
- Manage overall budget and international reporting;
- Alignment with ALDO's values of LOVE, RESPECT, and INTEGRITY.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong financial and commercial acumen;
- Bachelor's Degree in math, business, fashion or equivalent experience - 3-5 years as a Senior Planner;
- Self-motivated with top-notch planning and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficient in Excel and team management, including V-lookups and pivot tables.

**Tasks Include**:

- Conduct post-seasonal analyses and trend identification;
- Develop Buy Plans and manage seasonal size risks;
- Collaborate with Brand Managers on range building and pricing strategy;
- Monitor in-season performance and optimise business operations;
- Drive merchandise planning and allocation strategies;
- Lead budget processes and IT projects for the Retail division.
