Principal

We are looking for a Principal for an Early Childhood Development Centre of Excellence in Orange Farm, Gauteng. Start date is negotiable but the school wishes to find someone as soon as possible. The Centre is part of an NGO that aims to improve the lives of the communities of Orange Farm by providing quality care to meet the needs of nearly 300 children aged 0-6 years old and their families.

START DATE: 1 January 2024 at the latest

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A passion for Early Childhood Development
- Strong leadership qualities and skills, and a track record that illustrates this
- The ability to communicate at a professional level in English as well as any of the other South African vernacular languages
- The ability to manage and inspire a staff of thirty-five people including teachers
- An appropriate qualification: either a B.Ed ECD and Foundation Phase or a Diploma in ECD
- SACE registration, as well as police and other legally required clearances
- The legal right to work in South Africa
