**Working Hours**: 08h00am - 17h00pm (rotational & overtime occasionally)
**Standby**: Scheduled rotation

**Position based**: Umtata, Eastern Cape

**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conform to Contractual SLA requirements
- Accurate completion of worksheets, checklists and project documentation
- Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving
- Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
- Boot Stock Management and vehicle inspections
- Hardware Tools o Tools, condition o Cell phone & Tablet
- Software Tools o Laptops, Antivirus, Legal Software etc. o Stowe Images, availability o Utility Software, availability

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12 Qualification
- A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent
- At Least 1 Year IT industry experience
- Driver’s License
- Passport

- Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Technical and troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time Management
