**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- 2 - 5 years of experience with pasteurization
- Computer Literate
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Any skills with making of butter/Maas and yoghurt advantageous
- Knowledge of the maintenance and running of a pasteurizer in a dairy factory
